FAQ

Where is my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. Delivery takes 5–10 business days (UK) or 3–7 business days (NL).
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Can I return my kit?

Yes. we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the kit is unopened and in its original condition.
Contact us at hello@studionovu.com to arrange your return. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

My kit arrived damaged. What now?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@studionovu.com with:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the outer packaging
  • Your order number

We'll review your case and find a solution as quickly as possible.

I made a mistake with my order. Can I change it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make changes. Contact us immediately at hello@studionovu.com —
once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes.

Do you ship outside the UK and Netherlands?

Not yet — but we're working on it.

Do I need any experience to use the kit?

None at all. Everything is numbered — you just match the paint to the number and fill it in. If you can hold a brush, you can do this.

What materials are included?

Every Novu kit includes a pre-printed numbered canvas, a full set of acrylic paints matched to the canvas, and two brushes (fine and medium). Everything you need
is in the box.

My paint has dried out. What can I do?

Add a small drop of water to the pot and mix gently — acrylic paint rehydrates easily. If a pot is completely unusable, contact us with your order number and we'll see what we can do.
